Delivery Policy

  1. a) Door-step delivery (except bulky items)shall be within Singapore only (excluding Public Holidays), and the following fee table shall apply:
  • Monday to Saturday, Morning (9am to 12pm): S$8.00*
  • Monday to Friday, Afternoon (12pm to 5pm): S$8.00*

*Unlike online marketplace that charged per item based, our delivery fee is charged per order based, there is also no limit of items per order.

*Day (9am to 5pm) delivery fee will be waived for each order totalling more than S$100.

Note: Delivery into customer's premise shall be at the sole request of the respective customer, and Shinsung Hardware shall not be responsible for any damages within the premises.

  1. b) Customers will be allowed to select delivery time slots, after which our processing team will revert with the nearest available date of delivery.
  2. c) If customer fails to receive the goods on the specified date/time, he/she has the option to do a self-collection at our warehouse or pay a re-delivery fee as per the fee table above.
  3. d) For specific issues pertaining to bulky item, you may wish to refer to the below pre-purchase checklist, in order to avoid any disappointment or added cost on your purchase:
  • Ensure well in advance that the item(s) you have ordered will fit into your space, paying special attention to product dimensions and measurements.
  • Be sure not to forget any lifts, elevators, stairwells, passages, corridors and landings that your item must pass through.
  • Do check all required access routes and that there is sufficient access and parking for a large delivery truck to safely unload and deliver your item.
  • Do pay special attention to bulky items such as ladders, safe box, tool cabinets in particular.

FAQ - Delivery

What if no one was at the delivery address during the confirmed timing & date?

Customers can choose to do a self-collection at our warehouse or pay a re-delivery fee as per the fee table above.

Exchange Policy

We take great pride in ensuring that our products are of great quality and condition.

You may exchange the items within 7 days (from date of delivery or notification for self-collection) in the following cases:

  1. a) You have received a defective item
  2. b) There is an error in the item you received based on your order placed

Please note that you must keep the product(s) in the state when you received.

For the exchange of Safety Shoes' Size (any brand), you will be required to inform us by email and conduct the exchange personally at our Trade Centres.

As for the rest of our products, we will deliver and exchange the item(s) at our cost.

Return/exchange will not be accepted other than those stated above.

FAQ - Exchange

After using a product, I find that it's not what I want. Can I return it?

We do not accept returns once the product has been opened and used.

The product is damaged. Can I exchange it?

You can exchange the product if the product is already damaged when delivered to you. We will bear the delivery cost and replace with a new product. In the event that the damaged item is no longer available, we will advice you to replace with another product.

I broke the goods but I've never used it. Can I return it?

We will only accept exchange if the goods are already broken when it reaches you. We do not accept exchange or return otherwise.

I do not need an item anymore, can I return it and get a refund?

Item(s) are non-refundable once sold. We will allow exchanges according to the exchange policies.

Lemon Law Singapore

The Lemon Law does not apply to services.

It does not apply to business-to-business and consumer-to-consumer transactions.

Consumers are not entitled to remedies under the Lemon Law if:

  • The consumer had damaged the item.
  • The consumer had misused the item and caused the fault.
  • The consumer had tried to repair the item himself or had someone else try to repair it, and in the process damaged it.
  • The consumer had been told about the fault before he bought the item.
  • The consumer had changed his mind and no longer wanted the item.
  • The fault is due to wear and tear.
